Julie and her husband Chris proved to be very knowledgeable with a lot of great local contacts. She negotiated a great price for me on a For Sale by Owner. I was originally going to just do it all by myself with the owner, but I am so glad that Julie explained all of the things that a realtor could help me with. There were a few issues during the process with the seller and the house but Julie was able to get them to agree to more things than I ever could have. Her local contacts proved invaluable as well. Although we we not able to sell our house due to the low property value around us and the economy, they both maintain an aggressive and enthusiastic approach. If I could give them more than five stars, I would. We moved from out of state and were very concerned with buying a home from so far away. We started with a different realtor and were unimpressed with the entire experience, so we switched. ...most of the ones we have encountered have been out for themselves and seem to charge too much. BUT we LOVED Julie and Chris. They really worked hard for their commission and we really enjoyed the journey with them. They both do their jobs so well and with much timeliness. Chris was great at showing our house to absolutely everyone (and thank goodness he did, the one person that tried to cancel his showing because his realtor was out of town is who bought the house...only because Chris said he could show the property any time any day) and Julie is a bulldog when buying a home...she completely had our best interest at heart.
